Parents seeking information on admission at SSGGIS can navigate through this section, which provides detailed information about syllabi, payment formalities, rules & regulations and centers from where you may apply. Also it has Application Forms available for you to download in .pdf.

SSGGIS accepts application for admission up to the end of April. We please advice you to go through the Rules & Regulation of respective syllabi and expect all the mentioned documents with application. Any form with incomplete or fraud information (other than optional) is subject to rejection.

Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Gyanbag International School offers education exclusively to boys only.

Academic session is from June to March.

Admission is offered on basis of merit from primary education  and the early bird catches fish.

Hostel facilities is provided from Primary Education.

Registration opens from November every year.

A face-to-face interaction  of parent and the candidate with the management before admission is mandatory.

Process of admission :

  • Issue of Application Form from:  20/01/10

Registration/Submission of form before: Date

  • Child’s written test and oral interview: After submission of form, the interview will be arranged.

Document required for submitting application at the time of attending interview are :

Original transfer certificate of the school last attended (before 15 May every year)

Copy of mark/grade card of previous class attended

Date of birth certificate.

Pass-port sized photograph 2 nos.
