By the wish of Guruvarya Shri Devkrushnadasji Swami, and the efforts of the Gurukul alumni Shri Chaturbhai Babaria who received heartfelt blessings of Gurudev Shastriji Maharaj and who sowed the seeds of Satsang in the Dominican Republic, and other residents of Phoenix, one more center of Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Rajkot called ‘Arizona Vedic Cultural Center of Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul USA’ was opened under the guidance of Pujya Devprasaddasji Swami on January 15, 2011.
On the auspicious day of Makarsankranti, Shri Hariyagna and Marutiyagna were performed at the center from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. On the same day in the afternoon from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm an assembly was held. In the assembly after Kirtan Bhakti, Pujya Shantipriydasji Swami mentioned the good intention behind the opening of the center and Shri Dhirubhai Babaria followed it by mentioning the various activities that will occur at the center. Then Pujya Mukundswarupdasji Swami talked on the Vedic roots of the Swaminarayan faith and explained the intention of Pujya Shastriji Maharaj in founding the Gurukul. In the end Pujya Bhagwatcharandasji Swami and Pujya Neelkanthdasji Swami too addressed the assembly.

Monday to Friday and Sunday:

• 6:30am – 7:45am: Worshiping Lord Swaminarayan
• 7:45am – 8:30am: Morning assembly chanting Swaminarayan Mantra
• 9:00am – 11:00am: Studying/Reading Scriptures
• 11:00am – 12:00pm: Preparing Prasadam (Pious food for Lord Swaminarayan)
• 12:00pm – 1:00pm: Assembly of Saints (and other religious workers)
• 3:00pm – 4:00pm: Preparing for evening assembly
• 6:30pm – 8:00pm: Evening spiritual assembly with devotees (Aarti, hymns and discourse)

Special Weekly duties: (Every Saturday):

• 3:30pm – 5:00pm: Spiritual assembly for senior citizens, Baal Sanskar Sabha Classes for kids of Elementary, Middle and High School kids.
• 5:30pm – 6:00pm: Devotional singing (hymns)
• 6:30pm – 7:00pm: Satsang Sabha / Congregation  (Discourses, Aarti*)
• 7:00pm – 8:00pm: Prasadam (Dinner)
